I am a fully trained carpenter living in Brixham, South
Devon with over 20 years experience of the trade, both domestic, door hanging,
kitchen fitting, decking, stairs, etc, and commercial onsite work, first fix,
second fix, etc. All this after a six year apprenticeship with four of those
years spent at college. I entered the trade with the highest qualifications
attainable from my college and began to learn my trade in the real world!
Whilst working on some of the largest construction sites in
Devon I learned many of the skills that are not taught during either my time at
college or during my long apprenticeship. These skills were further honed by
continued employment on smaller construction sites and within the domestic
environment.
Obviously, the only thing that really matters is customer
satisfaction and I’ve been very pleased with the feedback I’ve received from
past clients both domestic and commercial.
